WELCOME 2009!!! :)

Hi friends and family! :) You can pick your jaws up off the floor... it is a NEW YEAR and I am FULL of Resolutions!! One being to BLOG MORE OFTEN!! :)

Another is to get this body of mine into GEAR and start being healthy. I'm thinking of creating a Reality TV Show Called "Living the Healthy Life". Camera's will follow me around and watch what I'm eating, because of course I'll have to be GOOD and eat only healthy things since the WORLD will be watching. The show will follow me to the Gym and people will get to see how FUN exercise is and how ENTHUSIASTIC I am about getting my daily workout in! People watching will also get to see me being more active and playing sports and lifting weights and joining a kick boxing club and of course making sure to get those protein shakes down. :)

It's going to be a FABULOUS show. It will air once I've hit my goal weight so that the world can experience my weight loss journey.. then in the last episode, they will interview me at 120 lbs and ask me how I was able to do it.. To which I'll reply as I wipe a tear away, "I couldn't have done it without the support of AMERICA!! This was for me and you America!!"

Stay tuned, this new series will be airing in the Millennium! :)

Okay, that was all in fun.. but I really am going to focus on a more healthy life. There is a lot involved with that. In fact, if you break down the words "Healthy Life" it tells you right there that you must "Heal Thy Life" in order to live a healthy one. (That just came to me while writing this.) I have more healing to do and I will focus on that as well this year because I believe they go hand in hand. In order to heal the physical, you must also heal the emotional and spiritual. It just works better to heal them all together. :) This is my 2009 journey AND my challenge to you as well. :)

This video is to help us ALL get in the "Healthy Life" mode... ENJOY! and HAPPY NEW YEAR!! :)
